If that was the case they would be putting out fake news and dumping shares like all OTC companies do. These guy protect their share structure and even have an un-gagged transfer agent that proves this to us. This claim makes no sense.

Have a look at their share structure today. They have been doing huge R/S's just about every year. Well it's been well over a year now since the last R/S and their whole O/S is still only 11 million. Amazing how the market abuse stopped as soon as the new CEO and all new board member took over. Stay tuned. The DD is solid here and this one is far from over.
The micro market cap should be a dead giveaway the best is yet to come! $$$$
