Hans will get a nice payday from the public shell paying himself to acquire his 3 companies with unknown valuations.... blank check through shares ,then selling those shares to a "lender" at a discount , banking that cash ... and then letting the lender sell into the market to get their profit off the difference...


that's how this works , yeah?
