The manufacturers are QDX HealthID customers. The "sale" is made already. It's no secret. We're waiting on revenue.

Completely made up bullshit with no basis in reality whatsoever. Outside of maybe a dozen or more sales to marketing consultants and Kongs, HealthID has no real sales or customers. Testing can and does go on without an app. People who order testing do not need an app to get results. As far as waiting on revenues is concerned, that has been going on for 13 years. With serial con artists controlling the company and its propaganda; there is no reason to believe it won't continue until the doors shut. "waiting on revenue" is the only item with a semblance of truth in the quoted statement.
