Wow. Titan is asking for a reverse split as a ruse? Really? And if you are asking for a reverse split, why 5 or 10 to 1? Why not say 3 to 1 as we are close to huge milestones and do not need 5 or 10 to 1? At 10 to 1, we are at $7.40. Why do we want to be at $7.40? So we have room to drop to $3 once we learn Medtronic never bought the raise, Titan is going it alone and more dilution is coming.


I would rather have everyone vote no on the reverse split and force management's hand for full disclosure. They have zero incentive to come clean on what is truly happening. You vote yes to a reverse split and we will never know. The silence will continue.

And if you believe Medtronic is buying us out WITH ABSOLUTELY NO PROOF, then voting NO on the reverse split will determine that, won't it. Medtronic will come to the rescue and voting NO will force Titan's hand.
