Everything is pointing towards the judge approving the BRTXQ and Auctus joint reorganization plan to emerge out of bankruptcy while keeping the common shares intact and unaffected.

Upon approval, it looks like BRTXQ will become a cleaner and better funded company as Auctus has agreed to waive the condition of third partied needing to provide at least $2 million in funding and instead Auctus will give BRTXQ another $3.5 million in new funding.
