I don't like making specific predictions, but with this new NVSOS update, which only shows an additional 14M shares issued we didn't know about already, plus a small amount of new wiggle room in the AS, it's hard to imagine a merger isn't right on deck. Imo, we're going to see Lazar's control bloc going to a new CEO, who will also be issued some restricted common shares when he takes the job. That's very often how these mergers play out. I think it's highly likely the float will stay the same.

Just my opinion as always, but it's a very optimistic opinion that can't wait for the next couple of days...
