I suspect that Niko, Okin and CR3 are busy preparing for depositions and their presentation to Judge Jones on the 31st. This is just a small part of the negotiation that will eventually take place. The Hearing on the 31st is what the AD Hoc Committee is concentrating on, not the first bone that was tossed out.
