The fact that Auctus has agreed to waive the condition in the Amended Plan that third parties commit to providing at least $2 million in funding and has itself committed to providing the funding is significant IMO.

I think this demonstrates how committed Auctus is to the success of the plan and the value that they see in BRTXQ for them to waive the condition.
