I sort of disagree, although him trading patent rights is not out of the realm of possibilities. BYZN is gearing up to recycle plastic waste into fuels for energy and Eco Diesel and carbon Black. The recycling (pyrolosis) process needs power, and all of this is going to happen in "under served economies" based on their website. WSTI is a perfect fit in that scenario as emerging areas of the work have no reliable grid power to speak of for the process.

Anyway, just my opinion.
