Yes, it is also intriguing why so many shares are being sold at these low prices. Someone, including insiders, have a desire to sell shares.
Note, the filing of a public notice by an insider that they may sell shares does not mean they actually sell any shares during the period noted in any public notice. Sometimes, if wages and salaries are not being paid, insiders sell shares to pay their personal living expenses. The grocery money must come from somewhere, even if stock must be sold at very low prices to get the money to make the mortgage payment or put gas in the car.
Is something nefarious occurring with the selling interest? I don't recall seeing any evidence here of such activity.
