If memory serves me correctly when IBM was begun, the founder intentionally hired those who were innovators those who had tried to market a product etc, AND FAILED. The will and desire to take risks and try something new, ARE THOSE WHO WILL LIKELY SUCCEED IN THE FUTURE.

Comparing IBM, or any company that has actually produced and sold a product to QPWR is laughable.. let alone trying to find any similarities between them and multi-billion dollar corporation...

That President Chris Nelson and CEO and Chairman of the Board Kevin Bolen have not yet succeeded, isn't ideal, but hopefully also makes them all the more hungry for success be future. I don't think men like this have given themselves to all this effort to make a couple hundred grand a year. No doubt they and others like them are looking for much bigger and better things.

Given themselves?? All this effort??? You realize QPWR isn't their day job. Hell, QPWR is so minuscule that it doesn't even rent office space. Don't be fooled! Nelson and Bolen have most definitely succeeded! The several hundred thousands dollars a year they fleece from investors is their success.

The 1 for 25 split will bring the share price out of sub penny land, but not for long. It will slowly drift right back down to its current level shortly before they announce that they are abandoning the cancer research drug market to pursue their efforts towards the next big thing that is going to be successful.

We have a great deal of faith that he can help us

Faith is similar to hope...and just a dream. Poor choice of words from the BOD chairman whom controls Nelson's strings. That statement while honest, should do nothing but cause concern to investors who know the past history of this company.

while building long-term shareholder value

Since the inception of QPWR after packing his bags and running from the toxic debt CYPW acquired under Nelson's control, nothing has ever been done in the interest of building long term shareholder value.

Strike 1 - swing and a miss - Steam Engines / Electric Generation
Strike 2 - caught looking - Composting
Strike 3 - Cancer Research

They are hardly prepared for the curve ball of FDA and pharmaceutical regulations coming their way (if they get that far)... but don't worry, they have a single person who will navigate all that...

Guess what comes next....
