Perhaps some downward pressure from a perceived guilt by association with the prior lawsuit where Frost settled the same or similar claims that were made. Maybe “the market” is preparing to short it down ahead of. PR. Unfortunately in this day and age of High Frequency trading HF can sway stock by just filing these lawsuits whether frivolous or not. I see Honig is in it again too. I was around during part of this time frame mentioned and witnessed some interesting reverse mergers, which are totally legal, and “weird” trading in and around them.
