That is really great news as it required a mere 2.2 million share offering to PFE, a trivial dilution. More importantly, it brings in the PFE Chief Science Office to help quide TRIL forward as it expands trials. That kind of expertise and close association with PFE is invaluable. It also gives PFE the inside track for a future larger equity stake or even a buyout down the road. Good times for TRIL investors.
