Just to keep the whole story in prospective, this company ranted about going quickly thorough product development when they first PR'ed in March.

Many here said right then, the FDA would never authorize a DECN product, but the DECN'ers, drunk on Berman Brew, told us we were wrong, then FDA authorization (they said "approval" since they don't know the difference between authorization and approval) was coming in April. When that didn't happen, they still told us we were wrong and approval was coming in mid May. When that didn't happen, they still told us we were wrong and DECN was "next" for approval. When that didn't happen, they still told us we were wrong and approval was coming in June. When that didn't happen, they still told us we were wrong and approval was coming in July. When that didn't happen, they still told us we were wrong and approval was coming in August.

Then even MORE DECN excuses started coming in, and now we hear that even in September, there will be no FDA authorization. But Berman is sending a slow boat to India with test kits, and he thinks shareholders will be naive enough to not see if the distributor even SEEKS authorization to sell these sub standard tests there! Guess what, he's probably right!

How many times can shareholders be wrong about something so obvious to us since March? (It's a rhetorical question, the answer of course is infinite!)
