Looks like this is what's moving it.

Kind of funny as this stock started moving right at the open and this press release was not posted yet. I checked OTCM as soon as I saw it start going up and it was not there. Just a few minutes ago I checked again and it was there. Seems like insider buying. Don't expect this run to sustain for any real length of time without substantial news. Could be wrong...
