are both parties asking for summary judgement against the other

this seems to say plaintiff effort to have summay judgement against FHFA is denied

right ?

I thought that was a crazy long shot

I read the conclusion - not at the end - but here and there

as
we have a claim - standing - but its derivative not direct

we have the right to sue - because we are arguing what amounts to a constitutional issue (and that keeps HERA and various provisions from stopping our suit)

motion to dismiss in our favor denied

but noting we can continue suggest to me that in a particular (but stron lane) the motion to award summary judgement AGAINST us is dead or will be denied at least in major part
