Here's my .20 cents worth
This has crashed from the $3.50+ level and the seller(s) have been in since the highs and have lost their shorts. Nothing left to do for them but take a tax loss on it. The real estate mortgage game isn't what it was and isn't going to return to what it was either. Oversold, definitely.
