Yeah, unanimous except by creditors in Class I (highest class), which was Desmarais and his Trust. But we already knew that. Reason why the plan will still go through is that it is obvious (based on filings ... objection, response) that Desmarais wants the whole thing himself, even though the new plan pays everything that's owed him! That's the reason his objection was overruled once and (since it's the same objection, just filed as a matter of course...ie: with no additional reason or info except that it COULD be filed) will be overruled once again.
Desmarais plan was good for HIM. The Amended Plan is good for EVERYONE, which is why it will be passed by the judge tomorrow, despite objection by Desmarais (and his votes against it).
