Who Is Oxi-Thyme: The "No Touch Disinfecting System" * EPA Registered Disinfectant * Hydrogen Peroxide Based & Eco-Friendly * Used in ULV/HPLV Sprayer allowing Disinfectant to go Further * Saves Businesses on Labor, & Chemical Products * Safe, Effective, Efficient, & Affordable Indepdent Contractor Job Details: * Work directly with local business * Selling Oxi-Thyme Equipment, Training, & EPA Registered Disinfectant * Sales Create Up Front & Residual Income * Payouts on Commissions Paid the 1st & 15th of Every Month by Direct Deposit * Need to be Outgoing, Networker, with Good Communication Skills to succeed * Create your own schedule, be your own boss * Oxi-Thyme doesn't MicroManage, but requires Open Communication * Oxi-Thyme will hold you responsible to the time you commit to work, nothing more or less * Unlimited Growth & Income Potential for Reliable, Hard Workers Oxi-Thyme Provides Independent Contractors with: * Training through Videos, Written Materials, and Hands On Training. * Electronic Promotional Materials to assist in Marketing * Oxi-Thyme Hand-Outs for Businesses * 1 Oxi-Thyme Shirt * Each Agent is assigned to a Marketing Team who will help track down contact info for businesses, send emails, and provide support. * Our Training Team will work with you immediately to get you up to spead on the Oxi-Thyme process * After Training, each Agent is assigned a Week-2-Week Accountability Coach who will work with you to reach your set goals. * Annual Bonuses for Outstanding Achievements * The Needed Equipment and Product for Demonstrations to Businesses * Commissions on Up Front Sales & Residual Income from Continued Purchases Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission Pay: $30,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Night shift * Weekends Supplemental Pay: * Bonus pay * Commission pay COVID-19 considerations: Oxi-Thyme works directly with Business Owners struggling to implement COVID-19 Disinfecting Protocols.
