No, I do understand. It is you that does not understand. If it is arbitration then the loser of that decision pays all fees. Including attorney fees. So if Leep wins they pay nothing. I don't know where you came up with $5 or $6 million from. If John has orders but can't fill them because of this arbitration then all we need to do is wait for the decision. If he doesn't have orders a shareholder should still wait before selling to see what happens. There is no way you can sell a lot of shares and get a good price for them now. You might as well wait till December to take advantage of tax loss selling. You sell a block of shares at the market now you will get killed on price plus a $7 commission. You sell small increments at a time at a limit price you have to keep paying a $7 commission. There is a small buyer last I checked at .0012 a share. If you own shares just wait till after the decision on the arbitration to see what happens.
