You can have frontloaders come in and pump Bemax as it is easy to dupe novice investors - I see it every day.

Since Bemax filed a Form 15 and went dark no one knows if the toxic lenders have converted - phones are disconnected - there is no current information about Bemax.

We do know that in the past they have never been successful. There isn't anything to suggest that they are generating any revenue.

Many times the frontloaders or insiders engage in wash trades and spoofing to create a fake run.
