The rock bottom of this stock even if the RM keeps getting delayed = ~$0.05 around 30% loss from current SP.

The highest SP if everything goes perfect = $$$$ Land - 10's or even 100's of thousand % profit.

If you are smart, you would absolutely invest in this company. No brainer.
