FYI on Shorting Penny Stocks... there are still some on here that think people can short a penny stock.

I just got off the phone with TDA broker regarding Shorting on OTC.

They stated shorting cannot be done on any penny stock on OTC period, only on NYSE, NASDAQ in a margin acct.!

So... BRTXQ, according to TDA cannot be shorted.

For the NYSE and NASDAQ... if you don't want your shares borrowed, you must use a "Cash" acct, not margin acct.

Some of you need to understand this.
