To bad it’s not just a shell.

EVTI is dead money..
Not even a lotto play..

The CEO of EVTI was barred from having anything to do with a public trading company..He has already had ticker suspended and was forced to hand over his bank accounts,multi mill dollar home,cars,etc

Evti is several yrs delinquent in filings and riddled with toxic debt..Even the debt holders have sued..

No one will want this POS because it will cost them 10x more cleaning it up then it would just buying a clean shell..

EVTI is a share selling scam and nothing else.
