I touch base with Gary from time to time over the past few years, I am in the disinfectant business, we talk shop, I pass on anything helpful I find to him, he has been helpful to me understanding the disinfecting business, I buy hydrolyte, and talk as one businessman to another on a number of matters. Billing methods, accounting I used, various businesses I dealt with within the UK.
I know there is info that cant be discussed, respect, and honor that I don't ask, I know if I even did, Gary wouldn't say anything I am not entitled to know. So there are no uncomfortable discussions as the line is not crossed. There are investors that talk to the company execs all the time.
This is not the first post I mentioned a conversation I had with Gary. I posted that I had a conversation with Gary on PCTL late Financials and I recommended a CPA Audit firm and recommended them to Gary's for him to contact in his search for a new CPA Auditing firm. They are located in Georgia and they provided monthly audited reports, for the company I was part owner in for 15 years, always timely. No Tactic on my part just helping out and letting fellow investors know Gary was addressing the late filings issue.
In this particular conversation, after talking about the UK PR and video, he mentioned that they were going to release a UK status update, he did not relate the content, as it wasn't written at that point, other then it was related to updating the status of the UK and the goings-on there, in light of the PR released on Friday from London. I shared it with everyone else. I wonder why not all are happy with it.
In my Monday's brief touching base conversation with Gary as regards the UK PR on Friday, he said he was going to do a UK update PR no later than Wednesday. There it is.
I asked and he gave permission to post it that. I posted it Monday night! Now everyone knows, no one has an advantage over anyone else, in that they all knew before trading and the PR was already common knowledge.
To see if it's truthful or not wait till tomorrow
Since the latest PCTL Europe, new distributor through NHS (NTH) Filta PR was posted Friday everyone has already read the Filta PR via press release and watched the Youtube news interview of the deal with NHS (NTH( and Filta.) it's been out since last Friday.
It should be no surprise if Gary plans his own PR for his shareholders, hopefully filling in details for us. The UK updates It is overdue. as some are saying on this board there is no UK deal that it's dead. Misinformation can hurt PCTL investors. So I am sure Gary will update us for all the good of his investors. I hope everyone was happy with the news.
There was nothing improper in my sharing the PR news with Garys permission I didn't personally benefit over anyone else. I haven't added or sold a single share. I expect the flippers will make a mountain out of nothing, but that is to be expected anytime there is good news they condemn it for one reason or another. No Tactic on my part.
There is no question IMO flippers have been manipulating PCTL on low volume taking advantage of the late Q- SNAFU filings.
Hopefully with more good news on the great success PCTL is enjoying in the USA and now in Europe, all investors will benefit, not just a group of flippers.
Most stocks have flippers. Nothing wrong with flipping. Groups who manipulate and control a stock are another animal. PCTL has a strong vocal group of flippers. IMO
