Butters, Agree, Mr. Hudnell's each of the six individual filings against defendants in WDTX cited the legal "Venue of Jurisdiction" basis a la US Supreme Court "legal" definition as well as defendants' "Texas business operations" data.

The point of the post was Apple.

It was the company that kept trying to kill VPLM patents several times at PTAB. Got rejected every time, including their last complaint about Sawyer's letter calling for sanctions.

In NDCA, they proceeded with "Alice motion" pretext aided by the dumb clueless Koh and later supported by the Appeals bench of old, tech-challenged turkeys.

The en banc motion is pending.

The post lists several recent transfer denials by Judge Albright's WDTX court. Mr. Hudnell's motion against Apple is fairly long and includes a detailed, legal discussion of clueless Koh's errors and omissions.

Waiting to see what happens.
