OUTSTANDING SHARES have decreased! just got off the phone with TA and OS is 265,151,064 as of today (a decrease of exactly 31 million shares since last check 11/3/06). They could not tell me why the number was down, only what the OS count was currently.
Would like to see an explanation from the company, but doubt we'll see one - they can't even seem to get around to submitting financials. When and if they do, this change should be explained.
I wonder if the termination of the Carbon agreement had anything to do with it? probably not...but something is going on...hope it's positive
