So wait...AREX price jumped from .00's to .08 based on the company getting bought out for $200 million.

Now, Approach Resources is getting only $115 million for the sale of the company, a fraction of that original buyout price, and....

What am I missing?

Oh thats right, I am not missing anything.

Zero chance of commons being kept in tact.
