opinion: 'backdating' vs 'forged'?

pp - i am somewhat in agreement with you - on a gut level, but I think we will just need to wait and see.

But, a general question to the forum - is this 'news' of 'forged documents' new-news, or the same old 'backdating' news? In my non-lawyer mind, if you backdated a document, you committed forgery - no? So is this just a re-hash of what is already known? That *could* equal buying opportunity?

At any rate, I did have enough confidence to take some action - I sold Jan 75 strike puts for $2.40, could have got $2.70 for them, but I kept trying to sneak another nickel out of them with a limit buy, and they kept dropping. That seems to work about 50% of the time :(
