To Dark Lady and ED3, I only have one post left so I will respond to both right now.

Dark Lady, I am aware that my comments will fall on deaf ears. I have heard of an arbitration going on with OVC. If there is or isn't we will find out soon according to what I have read. I sold some shares last December. I wrote on here that I would for tax loss selling. Right now is not the time to sell in my opinion. If the arbitration is real and if it is in favor of Leep, the stock will go higher. If nothing happens then sell in December for tax loss selling. It would be difficult to sell a lot of shares at a decent price right now anyways. If you have held this long you can wait 2 or 3 months and see what happens.

Ed3/, John has a clue. I have been a shareholder since 1994ish. I know that John N. spent at least the first year as CEO trying to negotiate the large sum of debt left by Grant Record for pennies on the dollar. From what I can remember John N. was introduced to a congressman Hal Rogers of Kentucky who introduced Leep to OVC. The military was testing Leeps Panels and OVC was threatened by them because they supplied tents to the military. Thank God John N. had all the Non Disclosure documents signed before OVC got to close. Thats why they went to court.

One more thing, he is going to initiate a push to seek legal council for a class action derivatives law suit against Dennis Schrage, John H Nordstrom, LEEP, Inc., OVC, Kentucky Highland Investments, and anyone else we can find that had anything to do with this. Well the lawsuit against OVC was won by Leep. So he can't do that. He would be wasting his money. Secondly, the legal council he says he will hire will wonder how he became CEO without a legal proxy vote. I wonder how the SEC will look at that?
