Definitely manipulation. (LMFAO) Who would spend time manipulating a 1.2 penny stock? Does anyone actually think people with money or knowledge give one second of thought to a Scam run company with a 20+ year old treatment no one wanted that also has no patent protection. Its hilarious to even say. The PPS is 1.2 pennies for 2.5 Billion reasons. (And its still way over valued)
