You can't just think about the reverse split. You have to factor in the decision NOT to increase their Authorized Shares, which will result in an OS of just 42M shares next week, largely owned by insiders.

I think GUILD (I'll put it that way) has just spent the first 90 minutes of our trading day trying to buy 1M shares of the company.
