Are you aware that a federal Judge and Judicial system is to be BLIND and ONLY Rule on points of law brought forth in their court as to their validity or lack there of.

If not, then why do we have lawyers and not just a JUDGE sitting the bench and ruling on cases totally on their own.

If a Judge sees an attorney MISSING a big legal point or fact, they can not just SAY hey dumbbell why not ask your opposition why they did this or why don't you do this.................

Facts ARE TO BE BROUGHT forth IN COURT by LAWYERS, the JUDGES job IS TO RULE ON THOSE points based on the law, NOT provide either side with those POINTS!
