The only statute for the court to decide on is HERA (and specifically one or two provisions in HERA), I don't think the court has the power to invalidate statutes that are NOT PROPERLY BEFORE IT!

For example, invalidating the GSES Charters or those other Acts you mentioned.

So how exactly would the court invalidate those other Acts you mentioned?



Those acts and relevant amendments are included into HERA.
