Hard is digging a hole or remodeling a bathroom. Finding the right forms to file isnt hard, just time consuming at investors expense. Look at my bed buddy, ERUG, AF delays, CEO uses Pre Paid Cell Phones, and they keep dangling the OTC carrot for the investors.
