BRTXQ--PLEASE READ THIS POST:
It does not matter to me whether or not someone agrees with my posts or the optimism I have for the future of BRTXQ and its' equity going forward. I do however, implore you the reader, to gauge the veracity of information that has been posted, in comparison to price volatility, versus against what is publicly available information, in this case Pacer. Then, take the recent history and counterbalance all of that and focus on what occurred in the last 45 minutes of trading in BRTXQ on Friday. In relation to that, how fast the price rose relative to volume. Whether you are for the stock or against it, I again, implore all readers of this post to exercise judicious common sense, practicality and relative pragmatism. I have said it a 1,000 times and I will reiterate it in this post again. NO ONE SHOULD BASE ANY IMPORTANT FINANCIAL DECISIONS PREDICATED ON SOCIAL MEDIA. DON'T TRUST ANYBODY ON THESE FORUMS, THAT GOES FOR ME INCLUDED. I standby my information and rely on great calls to earn trust and weight on my opinions, buy again, they are just OPINIONS. PLEASE READ the voluminous amount of information that has been posted here over the past few weeks. YOU MUST TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IMPORTANT FINANCIAL DECISIONS. DON'T BE LAZY. DO THE WORK!!Your respective and collective trust and confidence should be earned, consistently. Recidivistic success should be the lynchpin by which one measures trust and confidence with individual posters based upon past history.
In the context of the aforementioned here is my thoughts on the upcoming week:
TUESDAY--Sometime tomorrow the results of the shareholder ballots will be revealed via PACER and/or Twitter. As I stated over three weeks ago, the results adopting AUCTUS' plan will BE APPROVED, as they control over 51% of the equity. If the aforementioned statement doesn't do it for you, keep in mind that AUCTUS' plan is the ONLY current plan that preserves the commons. How many shareholders would vote NO? You would have to be a masochist to vote for anything other than YES. Illusions contemplating any other outcome are not based on logic. Once announced, officially, the stock price will escalate quickly and exponentially upwards. If one was intellectually adept, one might want to anticipate this result and take it as a given and get ahead of the herd so to speak.
WEDNESDAY--The cacophony of banter back and forth will be epic. Once again, analyze your respective INFORMED, (operative word right there), opinion and understand what is happening and why it is happening. Discard the noise, on both sides, decide whether or not you want to hold into the hearing on Thursday. For my part, I am 100% holding through. I have done my DD. I do not care about the nonsense. But that is me, I am not you. I do not know your financial position, your risk tolerance or what your investor goals are. ONLY YOU, can make that decision.
THURSDAY--The hearing is scheduled in Judge Grossman's courtroom in the Eastern District of New York at 11:30 am. The results of this hearing will likely hit Pacer that night or Friday. Again, I am not the least bit concerned about the final outcome. It is the ONLY logical conclusion to all of the events leading up to this event.
