I believe that Relief therapeutics will do a RS. Humanigen did a RS at 1:5 last week. Humanigen share price is over $2 per share now. Relief therapeutics OS is too high. The company is preparing for the Nasdaq. In order to have the share price in dollar land, they will do a RS. Investors will lose shares but the share value will increase in the end. I've been through 2 RS with another penny stock. I survived because I bought a lot of shares before the RS. You can also wait & buy after the RS at a higher price.
Humanigen has developed a monoclonal antibody that targets the cytokine storm with the Corona virus. It has the same effect/results as aviptadil. But I feel that the antibody drug, lenzilumab, will cost more to manufacture.
