Yes. I understand this. The investor has the obligation to disclose this information and I am sure Titan would have loved to have disclosed it. Just interesting the timing and the secrecy. And to mention Medtronic did not buy the offering is also strange. Especially if we learn it was a hedge fund that is using Medtronic's funds and it ends up being Medtronic. I think it would have been better had he not mentioned anything regarding who was and was not the buyer.
