Why I believe No Reverse Split with BRTXQ...

If BRTXQ had any plans of doing a reverse split, such would have been within the ballots that were sent to shareholders so that we would vote on it since such would be a material event. The same logic could also apply for why there won't be an increase in the Authorized Shares (AS) either. Neither was sent to vote on and since the vote has come and gone, I believe this is logic that justifies that they are not going to be doing a reverse split and not going to increase the AS. I think they have greater plans and probably involves some greater level of new support that could be introduced in the future... or that's what makes sense to me given the magnitude of how important their FDA Phase II approved stem cell procedure is.

If everything works out as planned with their FDA Phase II approved stem cell procedure, then I can definitely see how BRTXQ can eclipse that $1.00 per share price. Read the logic that was posted below that might help you see why some of us believe such:

Again, why no reverse split and no increase in the AS... they don't send out ballots for shareholders to vote on something that is not there. There is nothing at all within the reorganization plan regarding neither an execution of a reverse split nor an increase in the AS. If such things were even a thought for being on the table, it would have been within the plan for us to vote on in my opinion.
