I received notice in my TD account there was some type of action going on:

"Purchase price, cost basis, and gain information for this position is unavailable here because:

Your position may be undergoing an option assignment or exercise, or a corporate action, such as a dividend payment or a stock split. If so, the cost basis or gain information will be available in a day or two.

This talks about dividends. Years ago, there were dividends issued for the amount of shares you owned at that time. The symbol is being traded in the Expert Market, says OTC Market.
If you take the time and run a background on the company personal, well, it's some serious resumes. I am not pumping here, just informing.
