This company isn’t going to NASDAQ. They won’t even be close to meeting the requirements for listing and this bankruptcy isn’t doing anything but propping them up for maybe a year, but with an O/S nearly doubled and new debt.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
