A reverse split is always a terrible thing in the OTC. Period and nobody can argue differently. They never go well especially with a company that has a history of massive dilution like Verus.

If it’s a split with an immediate uplist into massive news and company strength, it would be interesting. Not saying it would work or go well for investors... but it would be interesting.

If it’s done to simply clean up this bloated share structure, then the writing is in the wall for them to dilute it again and then everyone loses except Anshu.
