Even if it passes in the house this will have no effect on MJNA or it’s subsidiaries being that they do not deal in the marijuana market. And anybody who knows anything about Mitch McConnell will know it will not even be brought up for a vote in the Senate. The only benefit I could see if miraculously it passed both houses would be for banking issues which would be a big boost. The only thing that will make this Stock move would be a verifiable financial auditing.
