This increase in volume, while not much money, is very interesting. I have seen some little companies that were left for dead rise up from the ashes after a number of years. Usually, the "death" resulted from an insolvency situation or an adverse legal judgment.

In 2008, as you all probably know, Hotel de Health in Anguilla, which was owned by MSITF, lost a multimillion-dollar judgment to Ronald & Cleopatra Webster. MSITF effectively vanished soon thereafter. Robert Talbot was the CEO of MSITF at that time.

What's interesting is that the ticker has stayed alive for all these years. As far as I can tell the company never filed bankruptcy.

I do not know how long a plaintiff in Anguilla can collect on a judgment before it expires. Anguilla is a member state of the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States.

Ronald Webster, the plaintiff, died on December 9, 2016. He was hailed as the "Father of the Nation" of Anguilla. It's little wonder that he won the lawsuit.

It's likely seriously wishful thinking on my part to imagine MSITF making a comeback. But, I wouldn't be too eager to dump my currently worthless shares at the first sign of life.

I imagine Mr. Talbot would have a whole lot to gain if MSITF started trading again.
