On 1 million shares I 4000/1 end up with 250 shares. I can trade those after the RS but the bonus 2300 shares are locked up. Now granted being able to sell the 250 shares at say 2.00 will be nice I’ll get a $500 for my investment but the major attractant... the bonus shares I can just look as they run up and down for 6 months and 1year. Not particularly thrilling. There will be people buying this stock with full trading privileges because they step in after the RS and I might join them if the numbers are right. But... the biggest part of my investment is a big loss to me at this moment. But yesssss you are correct only the bonus shares... the majority of your shares will be locked out to you. Wonderful.
