You are quite late to this game. There exists far too much history (much of it negative), along with a long term history of Neom's financiers (Yorkville Advisors [YA]) diluting the stock and destroying shareholders, to engage in an adequate response to the simple question you've posed. Additionally, as I recall, YA owns a majority interest in Delta Drone, which therefore convolutes matters further.

Rather than answer your question directly, I will simply state that "my" views, along with those of a select few on this board, are that things may not be as they have historically seemed. Merely opinion. Everybody has one

My STRONG suggestion is to perform "extensive" DD prior to purchasing any shares.
