Just purchased two jars of Eliot’s Nut Butter on Amazon. Should arrive tomorrow. I will give honest impressions once I try it out.

I think that may have been a logical acquisition for Verus. It was obvious when they hired Andy Dhruv that Verus Foods America was going to consist of more than BLF. I think they will eventually collapse Verus Cares and roll the Pach Labs products into Verus Foods. The PPE stuff was a failed venture and Ian Ron along with Anders have been let go from the company. Possibly mutual. But possibly not.

Either way, I think there is likely more to come with Verus Foods America in terms of M&A deals. And likely we hear about those leading up to the next CC or possibly during the CC like Anshu did with Pach Labs.

Should be a fun few weeks. Might not reflect in the price. The dilution is still heavy. But the news flow has been solid. Can’t deny that.

I don’t think we see a penny until mid to late next year when potential revs from all these new deals really take hold.

.01 in September of 2021 is my guess. That’s Q3 reporting time and that gives almost a full year for Anshu to clear some debt and really start to get BLF, Pach Labs and these new food divisions some time to grow.
