Hmmm... yeah I don't see the share structure for the 'new Pyxus' either, only the old ticker, now called Old Holdco, that one had 9M o/s.

Not much info to go on, so a bit of a gamble if it starts trading here soon, might take a chance on it though, depending on the starting pps, they did manage to cut $400 million in debt.
