You are correct. I asked that question in the call. The shares I have which are reduced 4000 to 1 will be tradable after the RS it’s only the 9.2(may change) bonus shares are restricted for 6-12 months. It is not a deal I would have knowingly done. Face it, this is one of those devil in the details OTC plays. By the time the details were announced the only exit was to take a 70% loss on shares. I did that with my post 7/22 shares and a portion of my pre 7/22. I kept a base of shares to roll the dice with these fine well experienced business men. I am not angry, or feeling cheated... just very aware that those who jumped out early in this particular position were right $$$wise for this red hot minute. This situation is the reason most traders dump and run the minute an RS is announced.
