I don’t mind disclosing my vote to build consensus. I put my millions on the increase of A/S. I’d rather not lose my shares with a R/S. In my opinion a R/S is never favorable for a stock and its shareholders holders. But Ziv needs a means to grow the company and get the cream on the shelves to start a revenue stream, so I’m yes on the A/S. I don’t think it will take a lot of dilution with the JV(s) on the table.
